At Kentures LTD, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible and easy return and refund policy.
Returns
You can return any item purchased from Kentures Ltd within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kentures.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kentures.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you would like.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at marketing@kentures.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return once you receive the item.
