Returns Policy

Our returns policy for EV charger hardware and accessories purchased through Kentures.

Hardware returns.

If you have purchased an EV charger or accessory through Kentures and wish to return it, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

Items that have been installed cannot be returned under this policy. If you have a fault with an installed charger, please refer to our warranty policy.

Installation services.

Installation services are non-refundable once the engineer visit has taken place and the work has been completed. If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked installation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a call-out charge.

Faulty or incorrect items.

If you have received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you.

Refund process.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.

Consumer rights.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you believe a product is faulty or not as described, those rights apply regardless of the return window stated above.
