Installation Support
Help with your Kentures EV charger installation — from booking and preparation through to post-installation questions.
Getting ready for your engineer visit.
Most installations take between two and four hours. Here is what helps things run smoothly.
Your engineer will need access to your fuse box (consumer unit), the intended charger location, and the cable route between them. Clear the area of any obstructions before they arrive.
Where possible, have your EV on site. This allows the engineer to confirm socket compatibility and test the charger with your actual vehicle before signing off.
Standard home EV charger installation requires a 100A or higher electricity supply. If your supply is 60A or below, our survey process will flag this in advance and we will advise on options.
The charger will be mounted close to where you park. Confirm with the engineer whether you park on a driveway, garage, or dedicated bay so they can plan the cable route.
What you receive on completion.
