Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making the Kentures website usable by everyone, regardless of disability or assistive technology.
Last updated: January 2025. This statement applies to the Kentures website at kentures.co.uk.
Our commitment
Kentures is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and voice control software. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
This website uses semantic HTML elements, sufficient colour contrast across all text and interactive components, keyboard-navigable menus and forms, descriptive alt text for all meaningful images, visible focus indicators for keyboard users, and form labels associated with their respective inputs. Interactive elements are sized to meet minimum touch target guidance.
Known limitations
While we work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA across the whole site, some older content or embedded third-party elements may not fully meet this standard. We are actively working to identify and address any gaps. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know and we will prioritise a fix.
Feedback and contact
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you would like content provided in an alternative format, please contact us using the form on our contact page. We aim to respond within two business days and will make reasonable adjustments where we can.
Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com. The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 in England, Scotland, and Wales.
