Warranty
What is covered, for how long, and how to make a claim — without the small print maze.
Charger Manufacturer Warranty
Your EV charger comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty — typically two to three years depending on the model. We register the warranty on your behalf at the time of installation, so you do not need to do anything.
Covers manufacturer defects and component failures
Registered by Kentures on your behalf
Warranty period confirmed in your installation paperwork
Workmanship Guarantee
All Kentures installations come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If a fault is attributable to the installation itself — rather than the charger hardware or external factors — we will return to rectify it at no cost.
Covers cable routing, mounting, and electrical work
12 months from installation date

What is not covered.
Standard warranty and workmanship guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, acts of weather, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions. Faults caused by changes to the property's electrical supply after installation are also outside scope.
If you are unsure whether your issue falls within warranty, contact our customer service team and we will assess it. We would rather look and tell you it is not covered than have you assume it is not and live with a problem.
How to report a warranty issue.
Use the customer service form and describe the fault as clearly as you can. Include your order or reference number if you have it. We respond within one business day.
Our team will determine whether the fault is a hardware defect covered by the manufacturer warranty or an installation issue covered by our workmanship guarantee, and advise on next steps.
If the issue is covered, we arrange a return visit or liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. You will not be passed from department to department.
